Only problem was the setting I wanted (for 2 years) was for an emerald shaped stone. Joe said no problem & he was right. My stone was fitted perfectly to make a gorgeous wedding ring. Genovese was originally recommended to us by several co-workers, and we're so glad we listened. It is very obvious that their focus is on satisfying the customer, and not just making a sale. I've worked with both Stacy and Joe--both are amazing people, very patient, and they sure know their jewelry! .
